Charles Pearson, CEO, Preparis

With more than 25 years of experience, most notably in senior finance roles, Charles Pearson currently serves as CEO of Preparis, a leader in business continuity and emergency notification solutions, after joining the company as CFO in March 2016. Mr. Pearson previously was the CFO of Omnilink Systems from 2006 until the company was sold in May 2014 to Numerex (NASDAQ:NMRX), where he served as Vice President of Sales and Operations. He also led the fourfold growth of Manteca Enterprises as Vice President of Finance before selling the company to Consolidated Delivery and Logistics (NASDAQ: CDV).

Matt Forsyth

Matt Forsyth, Director, NetSuite Business Solutions, Tribridge

As Director of NetSuite Business Solutions for Tribridge, Matt Forsyth is responsible for overall sales and operations of the business group. Matt applies his expertise in technology consulting and business development, as well as his leadership skills, in helping clients solve complex issues through cloud and industry-specific solutions. Before taking on his current role, Matt led the Mid-Atlantic regional business for Tribridge for three years, where he worked with mid-market and enterprise clients in a variety of industries to successfully align technology, process improvement, and organizational efficiencies. As part of that effort, he led several regional groups dedicated to building collaboration and go-to-market opportunities among Tribridge, strategic partners, and business leaders.
