About the Speakers

Rajesh Bhatia, Vice President, Product Development, Oracle

Rajesh Bhatia is the VP of Product Development, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management. In his current role Rajesh is responsible for development of various applications and cloud services focused on the close, consolidation and reporting domain. Rajesh brings over 20 yrs of enterprise application development experience to Oracle. He started his career at Oracle working on collaboration applications and then as a senior development manager in Oracle Financials. After which is held senior management and executive roles at small successful startups focused on financial performance and compliance management before returning back to Oracle in 2008. Rajesh has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Illinois and MS in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Mike Zink, Vice President and Corporate Controller, Thayer Lodging

Mike is Vice President and Corporate Controller at Thayer Lodging, a leading global hospitality investment company. As Controller, he oversees financial and management reporting, strategic financial planning, internal controls, and process definition and improvement among other areas. Prior to joining Thayer Lodging, Mike worked as the corporate controller at Apple Leisure Group and as a manager at PWC. His experience covers a broad range of companies and industries and all aspects of accounting including financial system implementations. Mike is a CPA and graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in in accounting.

Kevin Hebbel, Senior Manager, SC&H Group

Kevin Hebbel is a Senior Manager at SC&H Group, with over twelve years of experience working in finance, accounting, and consulting. In his current role at SC&H, Kevin manages financial transformation projects related to close consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Kevin communicates directly with clients’ executive management and leads the execution of all phases of project implementations including requirements and design, build, testing, training, roll out, and ongoing support of a wide range of EPM and ERP applications. Kevin has led the implementation and support of business intelligence solutions in a vast array of industries ranging from middle-market to Fortune 500 clients. His experience working in Accounting and FP&A at a Fortune 500 company gives him a unique perspective on financial transformation projects and he uses that knowledge to build great applications for his clients. Kevin is a Licensed CPA, has earned his MBA, and is a highly motivated and innovative leader in the SC&H Group consulting practice.
